NEVADA DEFEATED INTRASTATE RIVAL UNLV 23-1

Reno, Nev. - The University of Nevada(14-12) defeated intrastate rival UNLV(12-13) 23-1 on Tuesday afternoon at Peccole Park in Reno.  With the victory the Wolf Pack improved to 14-12 on the season while the Rebels dropped to 12-13.  The Pack has now won nine of the last 10 meetings from UNLV with the only loss during the stretch being a 9-4 setback in Las Vegas one week ago.
